"This ticket gives you one general admission entry to the park indicated above (“Park”). This ticket is the property of DXB Entertainments PJSC, the operator of the Park. Entry and use of the Park is subject to specific product terms and conditions, our general terms and conditions and those set out below:

Refund/Cancellation Policy

"Tickets are non-refundable and non-cancelable.

Ticket Terms & Conditions

1.Unless otherwise stated, Non-Dated Tickets expire 180 days after date of purchase.

2.Unless otherwise stated, Dated Tickets must be used on/or by the date indicated on the ticket.

3.Guests should be a minimum of 1.1m tall to enjoy JumpX

Guests between 1.1m and 1.5m must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times

Maximum weight 88kgs.

4.Government issued photo ID may be required as proof of age;

5.You may not bring food or drinks into the Park;

6.You must comply with ride rules and follow our instructions in the Park;

7.You must comply with the health and safety measures applicable during your visit;

8.Height and safety restrictions apply; guests may not be able to experience all rides;

9.Only third parties specifically authorised by us in writing may re-sell or transfer this ticket. Tickets purchased fraudulently, or from an unauthorised third party are void, so please only purchase tickets from reputable sources;

10.Admission and use of the Park is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the Park;

11.We may deny admission or remove you from the Park for any reason.

12.We reserve the right to deny admission, or remove you from the Park (without a refund), if you fail to follow the safety rules;

13.Unless otherwise stated, the Ticket does not include parking fees and parking is subject to availability.
