Ride ON US Terms & Conditions

• Tickets must be purchased from dubaiparksandresorts.com from the Ride On Us page. A minimum of 4 tickets must be purchased to receive the Careem credit promo code.
• This offer is not valid with the purchase of tickets through the standard booking journey. 
• DPR Call Centre to provide one code for each 4 tickets purchased. Each code is valid for 2 trips, each trip has a maximum credit of AED150.
• Credit promo codes will be issued against tickets bought in multiples of 4.
• Guests must download the Careem App and make a booking at their leisure, codes will only be validated if either the start or destination are tagged as Dubai Parks & Resorts.
• The same credit code can be used for each leg of the journey. There is a maximum value of AED150 per journey, guests will be responsible for paying any additional fees.
• Any credit remaining will be returned to Dubai Parks™ and Resorts and will not remain in the guests credit.
• Careem cars are subject to availability, the offer is only applicable on Comfort, Executive, Max & Kids car types.
• Tickets must be booked 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
• This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or standard park products, the Careem codes will only be issued against tickets purchased under ‘Ride On Us’
• Unless otherwise stated, Tickets are only valid for the theme park(s) detailed on the Ticket and are not valid for skill games or separately ticketed events, performances, school trips, corporate events or activities within Dubai Parks™ and Resorts
• Dubai Parks™ and Resorts and the relevant park, in their absolute discretion, reserve the right to vary the opening and closing dates and times of the attractions and to close, remove or cancel all or any part of the rides, events or facilities within the attractions for any reason including, but not being limited to technical, health and safety and/or operational reasons or due to special events or private functions. For the avoidance of doubt, the full value or any part of the value of the Ticket will not be refunded nor will any compensation be payable if any of attractions are removed or closed during the year.
• Tickets are non-refundable, non-resalable and non-exchangeable for any other promotion, discount or ticket.
• All persons entering the park(s) are subject to the rules and regulations of entry as displayed at each park’s main entrance, at Guest Services and as otherwise made available by Dubai Parks™ and Resorts.

• Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 and holding a valid ticket.
