Yes. Our attractions are both IBCCES Certified Autism Friendly and official participants in the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Programme.

IBCCES Certification means our teams have completed specialised training to better support guests with cognitive and sensory needs, including autism. It also ensures we provide tools such as sensory guides and follow international best practices to create a more accessible and inclusive guest experience.

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Programme participation means we recognise and support guests with non-visible disabilities. Visitors can request a Sunflower lanyard at our attractions, which discreetly signals they may need additional assistance, patience, or understanding.
