JETOUR X DUBAI PARKS AND RESORTS PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (the ‘Terms and Conditions’) apply to the Jetour x Dubai Parks and Resorts Spend & Win Campaign (“Draw”) organized by DXB ENTERTAINMENTS LLC (We’, ‘Our’, ‘Us’ or ‘DXBE)

The Draw shall run for a term starting from and including November 15th, 2025 and ending December 15th, 2025 (the ‘Competition Period’).

ELIGIBILITY

The Draw shall be open to individuals who, during the Competition Period:

are a resident of the United Arab Emirates;

are eighteen (18) years of age or older; and

purchase an entry ticket to Dubai Parks and Resorts, either standalone ticket to Riverland or the tickets that include access to Riverland, such as tickets to:

MOTIONGATE Dubai

Real Madrid World

LEGOLAND Dubai

LEGOLAND Water Park

Hereinafter, Entry Ticket’.

Entry  Tickets can be purchased either at the park gates or via the official website.

The following individuals are NOT eligible to participate in the Draw:

Annual Pass holders are not eligible to participate in the Draw

Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives (including their family members) of Dubai Holding (which shall include all of its verticals and subsidiaries);

Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of any government department, advertising, promotional, public relations, legal or other professional agency or firm providing services/advice directly to DXBE in relation to the Draw and related matters; or

DXBE ID card holders and/or employees of DXBE, investors or partners.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering into the Draw, participants:

confirm that they have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions;

agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions and any amendments to them;

represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements; and

will accept the decisions of DXBE, as they relate to the Draw, as final and binding.

COMPETITION

Entry Times

Entries to the Draw will be accepted starting on November 15th, 2025 (‘Start Date’) and ending at 23:59 PM on December 15th, 2025 (‘End Date’).

How to Enter

In order to enter the Draw, participants must purchase an Entry Ticket, either online or at the gate. 

Upon showing your Entry Ticket at Riverland gate, you will collect a voucher, complete all details required and drop the voucher in the raffle box near the car display in Riverland (“Draw Entry”).

Only original Draw Entry will be accepted; incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.

Each Entry Ticket constitutes one Draw Entry.

Participants grant DXBE and its affiliated companies the right to use and publish their name and photo in public media for the purpose of the Draw.

Any violation of the Terms and Conditions (determined by DXBE in its sole and absolute discretion) may result in the disqualification and the revocation of any Prize and/or any other privileges awarded to a Winner in relation to the Draw.

The Draw Winner

The winner of the Draw shall be selected at random by a representative from Dubai Economy and Tourism at the JETOUR car display platform in Riverland on December 20th, 2025 from the Draw Entries (the ‘Winner’).

DXBE shall announce the winner on December 20th, 2025.

The Winner will be notified directly on the contact details provided on the Draw Entry. After receiving the winning notification, the Winner must confirm their contact details via email within five (5) days of being contacted by DXBE.

Non-winners will not be notified.

The Prize

The Winner will receive a Jetour Dashing 1.6T Luxury in black vehicle, registered in the Winner’s name. The exact vehicle will be determined by DXBE in its sole discretion, in conjunction with the party supplying the vehicle (the ‘Prize’).

The Winner is responsible for the collection of the Prize by no later than January 19th, 2025 (unless a later date is agreed by DXBE). In the event that the Winner wishes to have the Prize delivered, or if the Winner is not capable of having a car registered in the United Arab Emirates, the Winner shall be fully responsible for the arrangements and costs and expenses of delivery of the Prize.

The winner is responsible for providing all identification cards and documents requested by DXBE and/or The Elite Cars LLC to be able to claim the Prize.

The Elite Cars LLC will initiate the registration process to register the vehicle under Winner’s name with the respective government authorities and departments in compliance with RTA and local regulations concerning car ownership within UAE. Winner is required to attend any meeting needed for completing the procedures. Th Winner is responsible for arranging and paying for vehicle insurance and registration fees and for completing all required documentation prior to the handover of the Prize.

The Winner acknowledges and agrees that DXBE and its affiliates have the right to publish and announce their full name, photos and videos through any and all media formats including but not limited to the Dubai Parks and Resorts official website, and social media accounts.

For the avoidance of doubt, DXBE is under no obligation to announce the name of the Winner.

The Prize will be awarded only if properly claimed. There shall be no (a) replacement of the Prize with another prize or item; (b) transfer or assignment of the Prize to another person, (c) redemption of the Prize for cash; (d) refund on the Prize; (e) combining the Prize with any other offer or promotion.

DXBE reserves the right, exercisable at any time in our sole discretion, to substitute the Prize (or portion thereof), provided that the substitute prizes are items of comparable or greater value.

The Prize is awarded by DXBE on an “as is” basis and without any warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied. Any warranty or guarantees required by law in relation to the vehicle will be provided directly by The Elite Cars LLC (or its elected affiliate who will be supplying the vehicle). Participants understand that the Prize is subject to its own terms and conditions with The Elite Cars LLC (or its elected affiliate who will be supplying the vehicle), which must be adhered to by the Winner.

In the event that the Winner does not collect the Prize either:

within 7 days of notification from The Elite Cars that the vehicle is registered and ready for collection; or

by January 19th, 2025,

whichever occurs first, the Winner shall be considered to have forfeited the Prize and the Prize shall be handed over to the Dubai Economic Department.

The Winner acknowledges and agrees that he/she may be expected to take part in reasonable publicity activities and promotional events promoting DXBE.

THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY YOU

Participants’ entry into the Draw must be in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. DXBE reserves the right to reject any entry into the Draw without any explanation or prior notice.

DXBE respects the privacy of participants and hereby undertakes that any and all information provided by participants on the Portal will only be used as stated in these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with applicable data protection rules and regulations and as per DHE Privacy Notice and Cookies Notice  .

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering the Draw, participants agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless DXBE and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, claim, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) individual’s participation in the Draw and/or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Draw; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Draw or the processing of entries.

DELIBERATE DAMAGE

Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Draw may constitute (where applicable) a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, DXBE reserves the right to seek damages (including attorneys’ fees) and/or other remedies from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall be reported to the relevant courts in the emirate of Dubai or in the United Arab Emirates according to the applicable laws of Dubai or the United Arab Emirates.

DISPUTES

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the emirate of Dubai and the laws of the United Arab Emirates, where applicable. The Courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and decide any suit, action or proceedings, and/or to settle any disputes, which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, DXBE may seek injunctive or other equitable relief to protect our rights in any court of competent jurisdiction.

GENERAL

DXBE is hereby granted an authorization and consent to conduct any and all verifications required concerning participants’ and Winner’s identity. DXBE reserves the right to verify participants’ eligibility at any time, including requiring photographic identification, proof of age and residency.

DXBE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Draw or website or violates any part these Terms and Conditions.

DXBE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Draw should any epidemic, pandemic, wide-spread disease or virus, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, unpredictable weather circumstances such as but not limited to heavy rainfall, storms, or floods, or other cause beyond DXBE’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Draw.

DXBE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Draw and the Terms and Conditions (or portion thereof) without any notice to the participants, at any time and for any reason whatsoever especially if virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Draw or for any other reason.

Failure by DXBE to enforce any of its rights under these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Should any provisions of these Terms & Conditions become illegal or unenforceable, such illegality or unenforceability shall not affect the remainder of these Terms and Conditions to the fullest extent permitted by law, unaffected and valid. The illegal or unenforceable provisions shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provisions which best reflects DXBE’s intentions in a legal and enforceable manner with respect to the invalid or unenforceable provision or portion thereof.
