For just AED 120, guests can enjoy our premium valet parking service. This includes a complimentary one-way buggy ride from the Riverland Dubai gate to any of our parks.

Platinum Annual Pass Holders: Enjoy free valet parking along with a complimentary one-way buggy service for added convenience.
Gold/Silver Annual Pass Members: Park your car with ease in our designated parking area.

Shuttles, Limousines, Taxicabs, Drop-Offs

Guests arriving in limousines Taxis, Uber, Careem or with personal drivers are requested to use the designated drop-off area next to the POD parking lots at VIP parking.

Vehicle Assistance

If you encounter any issues with your vehicle, simply pop up your hood and approach the nearest security personnel for assistance. Our team is always happy to help!
