TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SOUEAST X DUBAI PARKS AND RESORTS SPEND & WIN CAMPAIGN

These Terms and Conditions (the ‘Terms and Conditions’) govern the 'Soueast x Dubai Parks and Resorts Spend & Win Campaign' (hereinafter referred to as the 'Draw'), which is organised by DXB ENTERTAINMENTS LLC (hereinafter referred to as 'DXBE', 'We', 'Our', or 'Us').

The Draw shall be conducted during the period commencing at 00:01 Gulf Standard Time (GST) on 16 December 2025 and concluding at 23:59 GST on 16 January 2026 (the ‘Competition Period’).

1.  ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to enter the Draw, an individual must, throughout the Competition Period, satisfy the following criteria:

• (a) be a resident of the United Arab Emirates;
• (b) be at least eighteen (18) years of age; and
• (c) hold one of the following valid entitlements:

i. An entry ticket to Dubai Parks and Resorts, which grants access to Riverland;

ii. A valid Annual Pass for MOTIONGATE™ Dubai (Silver, Gold, or Platinum) or LEGOLAND® Dubai (Silver, Gold, or Platinum) (hereinafter collectively referred to as 'Annual Passes'); or

A valid entry ticket to Dubai Parks and Resorts obtained as part of a stay at a hotel that is part of the DXBE portfolio.

2. INELIGIBILITY

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives (and their immediate family members) of Dubai Holding and any of its verticals and subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in the Draw.

3. AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in the Draw, all entrants signify their full and unconditional agreement to:

• (a) these Terms and Conditions, which they confirm to have read and accepted;
• (b) be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions and any subsequent amendments thereto;
• (c) represent and warrant that they meet all eligibility requirements as set out herein; and
• (d) accept all decisions of DXBE relating to the Draw as final and binding.

4. THE DRAW

4.1 Entry Period

Draw Entries will be accepted from 00:01 GST on 16 December 2025 (the ‘Start Date’) until 23:59 GST on 16 January 2026 (the ‘End Date’).

4.2 Method of Entry

• 4.2.1 To enter the Draw, an eligible participant must hold a valid Entry Ticket, Annual Pass, or hotel-stay equivalent as specified in Section 1.
• 4.2.2 Upon presentation of a valid entitlement at the Riverland gate, the participant will receive a voucher. The participant must complete all required details on the voucher and deposit it into the designated raffle box located near the car display in Riverland. This completed and deposited voucher shall constitute a 'Draw Entry'.
• 4.2.3 Only original, fully completed, and legible Draw Entries will be considered valid. DXBE reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete or illegible entries.
• 4.2.4 Each qualifying Entry Ticket, Annual Pass, or hotel-stay equivalent entitles the holder to one (1) Draw Entry.
• 4.2.5 By entering the Draw, participants grant DXBE and its affiliated companies the right to use and publish their name and photograph in any public media for purposes relating to the Draw.
• 4.2.6 Any violation of these Terms and Conditions, as determined by DXBE in its sole and absolute discretion, may result in the participant's disqualification and the revocation of any Prize or other privileges awarded.

4. 3 The Winner

• 4.3.1 One winner (the 'Winner') shall be selected at random from all valid Draw Entries. The selection will be conducted by a representative from the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism on 19 January 2026 at the car display platform in Riverland.
• 4.3.2 DXBE shall announce the Winner on 19 January 2026.
• 4.3.3 The Winner will be notified directly using the contact details provided on their Draw Entry. The Winner must confirm their acceptance of the Prize via email within five (5) days of notification.
• 4.3.4 Participants who are not selected as the Winner will not be notified.

5. THE PRIZE

• 5.1 The Winner will receive one (1) Soueast S06 Comfort vehicle in phantom grey, to be registered in the Winner’s name (the “Prize”). The vehicle is supplied by ESCAPE BY ELITE MOTORS L.L.C (“Escape by Elite Motors”).
• 5.2 The Winner is responsible for collecting the Prize by no later than 18 February 2026, unless a later date is agreed in writing by DXBE. If the Winner is unable to have a vehicle registered in their name in the UAE or requests delivery, the Winner shall be solely responsible for all arrangements, costs, and expenses associated therewith.
• 5.3 The Winner must provide all identification and other documents as may be requested by DXBE or Escape by Elite Motors to facilitate the claiming and registration of the Prize.

Escape by Elite Motors will initiate the process to register the vehicle in the Winner’s name with the relevant authorities. The Winner is required to attend any meetings necessary to complete this process and is solely responsible for arranging and paying for all vehicle insurance and registration fees.

• 5.4 The Winner acknowledges and agrees that DXBE and its affiliates have the right to publish their full name, photographs, and videos across all media formats, including the official Dubai Parks and Resorts website and social media accounts, for promotional purposes.
• 5.5 For the avoidance of doubt, DXBE is under no obligation to publicly announce the name of the Winner.
• 5.6 The Prize is awarded subject to the following conditions:
• 5.7 It is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer.
• 5.8 DXBE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize for an item of comparable or greater value.
• 5.9 The Prize is awarded by DXBE on an 'as is' basis, without any warranty or guarantee, whether express or implied. Any warranties or guarantees required by law shall be provided directly by Escape by Elite Motors, and the Winner must adhere to any associated terms.

• 5.10 The Prize shall be forfeited if the Winner fails to collect it on the earlier of:

  • (a) seven (7) days from receiving notification from Escape by Elite Motors that the vehicle is ready for collection; or
  • (b) 18 February 2026.

  In the event of forfeiture, the Prize shall be surrendered to the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.

• 5.11 The Winner acknowledges and agrees to participate in reasonable publicity activities and promotional events as requested by DXBE.

6. INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY PARTICIPANTS

• 6.1 All entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions. DXBE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any entry without providing an explanation or prior notice.
• 6.2 DXBE is committed to protecting the privacy of participants. All personal information provided will be used solely in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, applicable data protection laws, and DXBE's official Privacy Notice .

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering the Draw, participants agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless DXBE and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and representatives from any liability, claim, or damage arising from: (i) their participation in the Draw and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) the unavailability of any service; (iv) unauthorised human intervention; or (v) any error in the administration of the Draw.

8. DELIBERATE DAMAGE

Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Draw may constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, DXBE reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from the responsible person(s) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. DISPUTES

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The Courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, DXBE may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

10. GENERAL

• 10.1 DXBE reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant at any time, including requiring proof of identity, age, and residency.
• 10.2 DXBE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Draw, or to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• 10.3 DXBE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Draw if its administration, security, or proper conduct is affected by any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to epidemics, pandemics, non-authorised human intervention, or fraud.
• 10.4 Failure by DXBE to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
• 10.5 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
