Spartan Race Returns to Dubai Parks™ and Resorts

This January, it’s your turn to step onto the course. Spartan Race is back at Dubai Parks™ and Resorts, bringing a full weekend of obstacle racing to one of Dubai’s most iconic destinations.

Whether this is your first Spartan or your next challenge, you’ll find a race that pushes you just far enough, with world-class obstacles, a motivating race-day atmosphere and a community that’s there to pull you forward when it gets tough.

Choose your challenge:

• Sprint 5K: A fast-paced, entry-level race with 20 signature Spartan obstacles. Ideal for first-timers or anyone looking for a tough but achievable challenge.
• Super 10K: A step up in both distance and difficulty, the Super pushes endurance and strength with 25 obstacles across a longer course.
• Kids 1-3K: Designed for younger participants, the Kids races focus on fun, confidence and movement, with age-appropriate distances and obstacles.

Expect a lively, family-friendly atmosphere with space to relax, cheer on fellow Spartans and enjoy the day. First-time finisher or there to support from the sidelines, this is a weekend built on effort, teamwork, and the feeling that comes from earning it.
